Contract Administration & Cost Control
As your Project Manager, we act as the Contract Administrator between you and your builder. We manage the technical and financial details so you do not have to. This includes organising the tender process, setting up clear JCT contracts, managing valuations, and ensuring you only pay for work that meets the required standard. Regular site visits allow us to monitor progress and resolve issues early.

Construction projects can bring unexpected challenges, but having a Chartered Surveyor on your side reduces both risk and stress.
